FINANCIAL POLICIES 
 
 
A.   Refund Policy: Any teams wishing to withdraw from a league or tournament must do so in writing by emailing info@pugetsoundpremierleague.com.
  1. For teams that register and pullout prior to the initial deadline for a league or tournament a refund less a $35.00 administrative fee will be granted.
  2. For teams that cancel their registration after the initial deadline for a league or tournement but before the scheduling process has begun will receive a refund less a $75.00 administrative fee.
  3. For teams that cancel their registration after the scheduling process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
  4. For teams that cancel their registration after the schedule is posted no refund will be issued and a $400 fee will be assessed to the team/club.
 
B.   Returned Checks: A $30.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
 
C.   Late payments: At the time of league or tournament registration the team is committing to the full amount of the registration fee. For league play the PSPL grants a 10-day window for teams to make the full payment of the registration fee.
  1.  PSPL reserves the right to charge a $25.00 late fee to the registrant for any payments received after 10 days.
  2. For any payment that is over 30 days late the PSPL may add a 5% late charge in addition to the $25.00 late fee. 
  3. Teams may forfeit their spot in the league if the registration fee is not paid by the first game and the team is still liable for the full amount of the registration fee plus any late penalties.
