PSPL Technical Director Leigh Cullip will conduct a lecture on one of the hotter topics currently raging through youth-soccer circles -- "How to structure a youth soccer club."

Cullip, who holds a UEFA "A" license, is also the regional director for NSCAA and head coach for the WPSL Issaquah team.

This will be the first of a series of provocative lectures on youth soccer issues.
